Daniele Tesi

Associate Creative Director currently working in LePub Milan,

Daniele grew up in Rome, with a piece of paper in his pocket and a pen glued to his left hand. By the time he turned 18, Daniele was singing in an indie band, developing 35mm photos in his bathtub, and obsessing over magazines and graphic design. Understanding that creativity had to play a role in his future, he earned a scholarship at UAL and packed his bags for London to study Graphic Design, completing the whole 2010s hipster package.

While in London, he realized that if ideas were insightful enough, they could beat the beauty of design. So, he got another scholarship and switched to an Advertising BA. In 2015, Daniele won a Gold Pencil at the One Show.

His advertising career kicked off at Publicis in Rome, where he worked on automotive campaigns and won Cannes Lions with Diesel and Heineken. After the pandemic, he made the move to LePub in Milan in 2022, where he has since racked up more awards, including Cannes Lions, One Show, Golden Drums, and D&AD.

Along the way, Daniele’s collaborated with amazing photographers and Oscar-winning directors, helping his ideas gain not only the attention of the press but also his mom’s proudness. And that’s all that really matters.
